Performance and Applications |
AC-1801 AC-1802 |
This product is insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents. Used as an internal antistatic agent for plastics and as an additive in the textile industry. |
AC-1810 |
This product is soluble in water and organic solvents. Used as a leveling agent for vat and acid dyes; used as a corrosion inhibitor in petroleum cracking units; used as a lubricant, emulsifier, and dispersant in the pesticide, textile, papermaking, and leather industries. |
AC-1812 AC-1815 |
1. This product is soluble in water. It exhibits non-ionic characteristics in alkaline or neutral media, while displaying cationic characteristics in acidic media, providing excellent leveling and diffusion properties. 2. Mainly used as a leveling agent for acid metal complex dyes. It can reduce the amount of sulfuric acid required in the dye bath, minimize fiber strength damage, and can also be used as a leveling agent for neutral and vat dyes. It effectively controls the dye uptake rate and dye migration, and facilitates rapid dyeing at high temperatures. 3. Used as a leveling agent in wool, linen, silk, and synthetic fibers. At higher concentrations, it serves as an ideal stripping agent. As a stripping agent for wool and nylon fabrics, it improves fabric appearance when used for stripping and level dyeing of wool. In ice dye dyeing and printing, it enhances the abrasion fastness of fabrics. 4. Used as an additive in the production of viscose rayon tire cord, improving cord strength, enhancing viscose filterability and processing performance, increasing monofilament strength of the cord, and reducing the replacement rate of spinning nozzles by approximately 20-40%. 5. Used as an emulsifier, antistatic agent, and dispersant in textile applications. |
AC-1820 AC-1830 |
Used as a scouring agent, emulsifier, dispersant, desizing agent, antistatic agent, and softening agent in the textile dyeing and printing industry. When added to viscose dope, it improves the filterability and spinnability of the dope. During mercerization, it significantly reduces power load and improves the looseness of alkali cellulose. |
AC-1860 |
In the textile industry, used as a leveling additive for after-finishing of printed silk fabrics, preventing white background staining and enhancing color brilliance. In the daily chemical industry, used in shampoo formulations to enhance hair luster. |
