Performance & Applications

AC-1801

AC-1802

Insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents. Used as an internal antistatic agent for plastics and as an additive in the textile industry.

AC-1810

Soluble in water and organic solvents. Used as a leveling agent for vat and acid dyes; as a corrosion inhibitor for petroleum cracking units; and as a lubricant, emulsifier, and dispersant in the pesticide, textile, papermaking, and leather industries.

AC-1812

AC-1815

1. Soluble in water. Exhibits non-ionic properties in alkaline or neutral media and cationic properties in acidic media, with excellent leveling and diffusion performance.

2. Primarily used as a leveling agent for acid metal-complex dyes, reducing sulfuric acid consumption in the dye bath and minimizing fiber strength damage. Also suitable as a leveling agent for neutral and vat dyes. Effectively controls strike rate and dye migration, facilitating rapid dyeing at high temperatures.

3. Acts as a leveling agent for wool, hemp, silk, and synthetic fibers. At higher concentrations, it serves as an ideal stripping agent. Used as a stripping agent for wool and nylon fabrics, improving fabric appearance in wool stripping and level dyeing, and enhancing abrasion fastness in ice dyeing and printing.

4. Used as an additive in the production of viscose rayon tire cord, enhancing cord strength, improving viscose filterability and processing performance, increasing monofilament strength of the cord, and reducing spinneret replacement frequency by approximately 20–40%.

5. Used as an emulsifier, antistatic agent, and dispersant in textile applications.

AC-1820

AC-1830

Used in the textile dyeing and printing industry as a scouring agent, emulsifier, dispersant, desizing agent, antistatic agent, and softener. When added to viscose dope, it improves filterability and spinability. During mercerization, it significantly reduces power load and enhances the looseness of alkali cellulose.

AC-1860

In the textile industry, used as a leveling additive for after-finishing of silk printed fabrics, preventing white ground staining and enhancing color brilliance. In the daily chemical industry, used in shampoo formulations to enhance hair luster.
