Product Performance: This product is primarily manufactured from cardanol as the raw material. After biodegradation, the resulting product is free of nonylphenol, does not affect the endocrine system of organisms, and poses no ecological hazards. It is a highly biodegradable and environmentally friendly non-ionic surfactant, serving as an ideal substitute for nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. This product is oil-soluble, dissolves in most organic solvents, and exhibits excellent compatibility with most anionic and non-ionic surfactants.

Applications:

1. This product exhibits excellent detergency, low foaming properties, and low odor, making it particularly suitable for industrial and household cleaning agents.

2. This product offers excellent high-temperature washing resistance, making it particularly suitable for the integrated scouring-dyeing process in the textile dyeing and printing industry.

3. This product possesses good wetting properties and can be used as a textile scouring agent, coating additive, wetting agent and emulsifier in agrochemicals, and co-emulsifier in emulsion polymerization.

4. This product can be used as a component of spinning oils for synthetic fibers. In addition to its emulsifying properties, it also provides antistatic effects. Furthermore, it can be used as a softening agent in sizing formulations for blended spun yarns of synthetic staple fibers, improving the smoothness and elasticity of the size film.

5. This product can effectively replace corresponding types of non-ionic surfactants synthesized with EO, such as NP series, TX series, and AEO series, and can be effectively compounded with other types of surfactants.

 

Packaging Specifications:Available in 50kg or 200kg drums. Other specifications can be customized upon request.

Storage and Transportation:This product is non-toxic and non-flammable. It can be transported in accordance with general chemical transportation regulations. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, protected from direct sunlight and rain.

Shelf Life:One year under the specified storage and transportation conditions.
