Low-foaming wetting and dispersing agent
BG-D6 is a blend of special surfactants, free of any APEO (NPEO), making it an environmentally friendly product. It is suitable for solvent-based coatings, solvent-based PU color pastes, solvent-based inks, and more. It exhibits excellent wetting and dispersing properties for both inorganic and organic pigments, with the ability to suspend pigment particles, promote dispersion stability, prevent pigment settling, and also provide defoaming effects.
Performance Features:
1. Suitable for both inorganic and organic pigments;
2. Significantly reduces the viscosity of pigment/filler dispersion slurries;
3. Excellent color development;
4. Can be used for grinding together with fillers;
5. Not completely soluble in water; soluble in ethylene/propylene glycol, ethers, etc.
Usage and Dosage:
1. Based on the product as supplied, the recommended dosage is generally 3–20% of the inorganic pigment weight, 10–40% of the organic pigment weight, and 30–100% of the carbon black weight;
2. For all coating systems, the recommended dosage for direct grinding is 0.1–3.0%.
Precautions:
Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and exposed wounds. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
Packaging: 25 kg plastic drum, 200 kg iron drum.
Storage: Store at room temperature, away from light, in a sealed container. Keep sealed after use.
