Key Features:
Excellent miscibility with most organic solvents, good wetting and penetration, coupling properties, and superior dispersing capability (due to its phenoxy organic functional groups). Additionally, during the crosslinking process, oxidation resistance is significantly enhanced, and prolonged storage will not cause yellowing of the base material.
Applications:
1. Used in unsaturated polyester composites to improve mechanical properties such as increased strength and toughness, particularly significantly enhancing the wet-state performance of composites. For example, when applied to artificial marble for resin surface treatment, the tensile strength, flexural strength, and flexural modulus of the finished product are notably improved.
2. When copolymerized with acrylic or methacrylic acid monomers and vinyl acetate, it is widely used in coatings and adhesives, providing excellent adhesion and durability.
3. Used in glass fiber sizing treatment to improve the wet mechanical strength of glass fiber reinforced composites.
4. In the leather industry, it enhances pigment particle adhesion and improves color fastness. Its defoaming performance is also excellent.
Recommended Dosage and Usage: 3-8‰ based on resin weight
Packaging: 50 kg plastic drum and 200 kg plastic drum
Storage and Transportation: Reseal the container tightly after opening to prevent contamination by dust or moisture
