JS-V966S is a foam-suppressing wetting and dispersing agent developed and manufactured by Shanghai Jinshan Chemical Co., Ltd. It is primarily used in mixed systems of cold-curing polyester resins and resin-filled compounds, effectively reducing the surface tension between resins and fillers. While suppressing foam formation in the system, it provides excellent wetting and dispersing performance.

Features & Benefits: 
During the mixing process of unsaturated polyester resins and fillers, bubbles harmful to product quality are inevitably generated due to agitation, dispersion, and vibration. The addition of JS-V966S reduces the interfacial tension between resins and fillers, increasing the air escape rate, ultimately achieving ideal defoaming and foam-suppressing effects with minimal voids in the final product.

Usage Instructions: 
Add JS-V966S to the resin and stir until evenly mixed. When fillers are present, the use of vacuum mixing equipment is recommended.

Recommended Dosage: 0.1% to 1% based on resin weight.

Applications: 
Suitable for filled lamination systems such as artificial marble, PVC profiles or pipes, sanitary ware, and auto body filler. It is also applicable to adhesive systems including pressure-sensitive adhesives and water-based adhesives.

Packaging: 
Available in 50 kg and 200 kg plastic-coated drums. After opening, reseal tightly for storage to prevent moisture ingress or contamination by dust particles.
