The JS-KX1000 series down feather bactericide is a specialized product for disinfecting and deodorizing down and feathers of poultry such as geese and ducks during washing. It effectively eliminates Gram-positive (and Gram-negative) bacteria, fungi, algae, and other microorganisms.

Product Properties:

       This product is an orange-red or orange-yellow transparent liquid with a slight刺激性 odor. It is freely soluble in cold water and can disinfect feathers and down while eliminating unpleasant odors.
 

Performance Features:

1. Strong bactericidal efficacy. The kill rate against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans exceeds 99.9%.

2. Antistatic. As a cationic quaternary ammonium salt bactericide, it binds with anions in feather fibers, reducing static electricity on feathers.

3. Excellent loftiness. The superior penetrating agent quickly penetrates into the down interior, maintaining feather elasticity.

4. Wash-resistant. Highly cross-linked with protein fibers, the antibacterial rate remains at 99% even after 40 washes.

5. Unique physical disinfection mechanism prevents microorganisms from developing resistance, allowing for long-term use.

6. High-temperature resistant. Its bactericidal efficacy remains intact even at 200℃.
 

Usage Instructions:

        Add the down feather bactericide and deodorizer together with the detergent during washing, at a dosage of 0.1% to 0.3% of the down weight. If the down has a severe odor, the dosage can be appropriately increased.
 

Packaging & Storage:

        Available in 25KG, 50KG, and 200KG drums. The product is non-flammable and non-explosive. Store in a cool, sealed place. Shelf life: two years.
