Applications:

Mainly used as a penetrating agent in the textile industry. It can be applied in processes such as sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, carbonizing, and chlorination. It is also used as a penetrating auxiliary in dyeing and finishing baths, as well as a penetrating agent for pesticides and leather coatings.

Application Methods:
        1. Penetration: In various textile, printing, dyeing, and finishing processes where anionic penetrating agents cannot be used, this auxiliary agent can be selected. The typical dosage is 1-5 g/L.
        2. Desizing: When using enzymatic desizing (starch sizing), the addition of Penetrating Agent JFC can accelerate desizing. The typical dosage is approximately 0.1% of the liquid weight.
        3. Synthetic Fiber Scouring: When scouring acetate fiber and other synthetic fiber products, adding 2-5 g/L of Penetrating Agent JFC and 5 g/L of sodium chloride to the scouring liquor can improve the scouring effect.
        4. Wool Scouring: Penetrating Agent JFC has wool-washing capability. It does not remain on the wool after use, causes no defects such as yellowing, and leaves the fiber with a softer hand feel. This penetrating agent can be used in neutral, alkaline, or acidic conditions, can be combined with soap in hard water, or used alone. The recommended working temperature is 40-50℃.
        5. Wool Carbonizing: Penetrating Agent JFC can be added during wool carbonizing at 0.5-1 g/L to shorten the carbonizing time, reduce acid consumption, and improve the carbonizing effect.

Packaging and Storage:
        1. 200 kg iron drums.
        2. Handle with care during transportation. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is two years.
