Performance: An eco-friendly and highly biodegradable nonionic surfactant made from extracted natural cashew nut shell oil, consists of bio-ployenic phenol. It obtains a higher degradation rate than AEO products. Product after the process of biodegradation does not contain APEO and NPEO, which can cause damage to endocrine system of living beings. This unique characteristic makes this product a fantabulous alternative to traditional hazardous nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether products. It also has an excellent solubility in major organic solvents and an ultra-high compatibility with major anionic and nonionic surfactants. It’s a perfect substitute for NP/TX series products.

 Applications:

1, Excellent washing performance, low foaming, low odor, and an ideal choice for industrial and residential cleaning agent.

2, Excellent washing performance under high temperature, very suitable for the new integrated washing and dyeing process in printing and dyeing industry.

3, Great wettability, can be used as textile refining agent (BGF-10, BGF-11.3 ), coating additives, wetting agents in pesticides, emulsifiers, co-emulsifiers in emulsion polymerization, flocking glue (BGF-40).

4, Can be used as oil component in synthetic fiber industry and softener in blended slurry to synthesize staple fibers, can display emulsifying properties and provide destaticizing effect as well, also can conspicuously improve the smoothness and elasticity of serosa .

5, An effective substitute for the corresponding type of NP series, TX series, AEO series and synthetic non-ionic surfactants based on EO, ultra-high compatibility with other major surfactants.
